For DVB Broadcast, the Sofia Backstage® DVB Head-end is the perfect solution offering a full and dynamic PSI/SI and DVB network management. By combining the Head-end with the Sofia Backstage® Guide Manager, the system can accept virtually any service provider EPG data format and convert it to DVB metadata that is always up-to-date.
Additionally, using Sofia Backstage® DVB Head-End operators can add HbbTV support, enabling Rich EPG data and Client application as well as various Catch-up TV and Start-over services. Also, the system is capable of implementing complete DVB-I Metadata structure.
