Sofia Digital delivered the HbbTV Connected Red Button and DFB.TV media library application for HD+ in Germany, live since May 2026. Built on Sofia Digital’s unified application framework, it brings the DFB.TV on-demand catalogue to HbbTV television sets on Astra 19.2°E — no set-top box, app store or extra hardware required.

Sofia Digital has deployed a full HbbTV and OTT platform for Milano Pavia TV, bringing the Milan and Pavia regional broadcaster to a live, advertising enabled connected TV service in three months. The platform includes a branded HbbTV application, Red Button launcher, linear broadcast advertising, a centralized content management system, and audience measurement. Milano Pavia TV now has a new distribution channel, a new ad revenue stream, and reliable audience data advertisers ask for.
