At Sofia Digital, we are committed to delivering high-quality services and maintaining strong partnerships with our customers. To ensure we continue meeting expectations, we recently conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey through online interviews between February–March 2026.

Areas for Improvement

No company is perfect, and we welcome constructive feedback. Customers pointed out areas where we can improve:

  • Documentation and Structured Ways of Working: In some long-standing collaborations, documentation and shared practices can gradually become less structured over time. We recognize this and aim to keep things clear and up to date together with our customers.
  • Time Zones and Availability: Serving customers globally means that finding suitable meeting times across different time zones can sometimes be a challenge. We have received thanks for our flexibility in accommodating this, and we appreciate the understanding from our customers as well.
  • Work Estimates: The unique nature of some projects means that upfront estimates do not always match the actual amount of work involved. We will continue to be transparent and honest to our customers about this.
  • Delivery Timeliness: In complex, multi-party projects, timelines can sometimes be challenging to manage. We take our delivery commitments seriously and address issues as they arise.
